Gaye is an active member of the National Speakers Association. She received her M.A. Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
Gaye and her husband, Steve, live in St. Paul, MN. Reading, jazz, community and church volunteering, and spending time with family top the list of things they enjoy most.
